Just a few of the crazy critters we saw at Bristol Zoo last Monday. I had the day off work as it was Sarah's "special" ( *cough! 40th!* ) birthday and we all had a great time, strolling around the gardens, watching the animals, enjoying the sunshine etc.
However, I must warn you now that the creature in the yellow T-shirt is very dangerous and must not be approached under any circumstances...

I love the zoo, especially the gorillas. I can (and frequently do) spend hours sitting and watching my captive brothers.
The gorillas seemed to be looking at us with utter disdain. Probably planning ( Rise Of The ) Planet Of The Apes-style revolution...
Looks like a good time was had by all. I like the turtles best. =)

Thanks, Mickey! Sarah had a great day. In fact the whole weekend was fantastic! As well as the trip to the zoo, presents, cards etc. Sophie and I arranged a surprise birthday party as well which was a huge success and a lot of fun. I might put some photos on here...
