It's been decades since I was in Bristol. I had no idea these existed. Splendid! And I'm with you, the first is my favourite too.

There are many, many examples of street art in Bristol, often in the most unexpected places. Banksy is obviously the Big Daddy of the scene but there must be tons of other talented urban artists out there. ( Hopefully I'll be able to get some more pics before long. )It really is an exciting city for music and arts.

I have got a few issues of Zap, appropriately enough mostly bought from the old Forever People comic shop in Bristol. The mag was really eye-opening for me as a young teen - loads of sex, violence and drug-taking, sure... but also some fantastic artwork from Crumb, Robert Williams, S Clay Wilson etc.

I've looked in a couple of comic shops for copies of the mag without any success. I'm hoping there will be a collected edition at some point...
