They're obviously following a TV / movie credits convention here, whereby a big name star makes a guest appearance and gets an "and also appearing..." credit. The other actors listed have all been long-term stars of the show so it's only fair that they get top billing, IMHO. I'm really looking forward to seeing Smith, Tennant and Hurt together... that's some assemblage of acting talent!
I don't know about you, but I think there's something wrong when John Hurt's name is the last one on the list.

ReplyDeleteThe elderly John Hurt sold it for me. No one does ennui like Hurt. I like the anticipation for this one. It's going to be fun.
